Podpress Problems?

I read on the Twitter that Podpress and Wordpress 2.6 were having some problems. I tried it out here on Running in Flip Flops before I upgraded the Fat 2 Fit Radio site and all seemed well. I’m publishing this really as a test. The song, enclosed as a podcast, is from Geoff Smith’s new album One’s and 0’s.

Update: Oh shit! It didn’t work and fix is not expected for 10 days. It might be in time for the next Fat 2 Fit Radio coming out next Thursday? Shit!

Update: Posting a link to an audio file in Wordpress 2.6 downloads as a podcast in iTunes. Looks like the Fat 2 Fit Radio will go out as scheduled. Disaster averted.

Update 8-13-08: The problem with Podpress has a temporary fix. Add the following code to the wp-config.php file in the root directory of your Wordpress installation:

define('WP_POST_REVISIONS', false);
